	Billing 1. All first orders will be shipped COD-Cashier’s Check, Prepaid or MasterCard/Visa. 2.Open Accounts shall be Net 30 Days and pre-approved by RadioMate. Only US Dollars will be accepted. 3. On orders less than $ 25.00, shipping and handling may be added.
	Method of Shipping 1. Products are shipped FOB Concord, CA via FedEx 2nd day for Interstate orders, UPS GROUND for Intrastate orders. UPS OVERNIGHT AND FEDERAL EXPRESS available upon request.
	Return Policy 1. A RadioMate Return Authorization Number is required for all products returned for credit or warranty repair. 2. A 25% restocking charge will apply to all products being returned unused with original packaging for credit. Original shipping charges will be added to restocking charge. 3. No credit returns will be accepted past 30 days from original invoice.
	Requests for Special Products 1. RadioMate accepts requests for variations of standard product. 2. Such special product requests will be subject to minimum order quantities and design and engineering charges.
	Warranty 1. RadioMate products are covered by a limited one year warranty including parts and labor. Consumable or abused parts are exempt. For complete warranty information, contact RadioMate Corporation. RadioMate headsets are manufactured in the United States of America.
